McDonald Property Group ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit mcdonaldpropertygroup.co.nz, contact us or respond to our ads, and how we use and protect it. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, address, and details about the home or project you are interested in. This comes from our website forms (including floor plan and enquiry forms), email, phone calls and Facebook or Instagram messages.
Information collected automatically: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you found us (for example, from an ad). We collect this using cookies and similar tools.

You don't have to give us your details, but if you don't, we may not be able to reply to your enquiry.

To reply to your enquiry, send you floor plans you ask for, and follow up afterwards
To prepare quotes and invoices
To improve our website and understand which of our ads are useful
To meet our legal obligations, including building and consent records

We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your personal information.

If you apply for a job with us, we use your details only to assess your application and contact you about it, and we keep them no longer than we need to.

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). These tools help us understand how people use our website, show our ads to people likely to be interested, and measure whether our ads lead to enquiries.
